We met Rich for an initial consultation with our dog. He really took the time to listen and understand our stressful journey and explain the concepts behind his training, our dogs psychology and the use of an E-collar.
We committed, ordered his recommended collar and booked in for 4 consecutive days of 1:1 sessions with Rich. The course with Rich was super and was built exactly around what we and our dog needed; fundamentals, different triggers, varying environments, building our confidence, building our dogs confidence to name a few. We couldn’t believe that by the 4th and final day we were out walking in a busy place around other many dogs.
Rich has stayed in touch with us since our course and has helped with follow-up questions and support. He has reached out to ask how we and our dog are getting on. I have now booked in with him again to do some specific work around livestock now that the recall and dog-reactivity work has improved 10 fold.
